Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Local pickup in Monroe is free, by appointment.
Can you copy a part I bring in?
Usually. Bring or mail the broken original; it gets measured and modeled here. Patented parts and anything safety-critical are a case-by-case conversation.
What files do you need?
STL, 3MF, or STEP. No file? A photo with a size written on it works for most parts.
What materials do you print?
PLA for everyday parts, PETG for strength and outdoor use, TPU when it needs to flex, ABS or ASA for heat and sun. Not sure? Say what the part has to survive and the quote will suggest one.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. One knob or one clip is fine. Quantity lowers the per-piece price.
How long does it take?
Most jobs ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Say so if you have a date and it will be in the quote.
What colors and finishes are available?
Any filament color in stock, or a specific color ordered for your job. Parts come off the printer ready to use; sanding, priming, and painting are available.
